⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING Experience! I found Optimal Dental through Google, and I am SO glad I decided to come here! From the moment I walked through the door, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. I've been looking for a dentist and have gotten ... so much runaround elsewhere, so finding this office was a breath of fresh air. The office was clean, welcoming, and had such a great atmosphere. Everyone was kind, professional, and caring. The dentist himself was AMAZING! He actually did my cleaning because my appointment would be on a date I couldn't make, and I was so impressed by how gentle, patient, and caring he was. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. At one point, some of the water got on my face, and he stopped and gently wiped my face for me. 🥹 That small gesture really stood out to me because it showed how attentive and thoughtful he was. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the hygienist and Yardi (the office manager)! She was so sweet from the moment I walked in. She was welcoming, helpful, and made me feel like I was in good hands. The hygienist was understanding and didn't make me feel shame like I felt before a previous Dentist. What made me even happier was that I was able to get my teeth cleaned the SAME DAY! 🙌🏽 And they didn't try to overcharge me or push unnecessary services on me. I truly felt like I was treated with respect and care. I walked out of Optimal Dental genuinely happy that I found them. ❤️ If you're looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend giving this office a try ASAP!
