Lovely experience

An overall good experience from the reception and waiting room to the patient care rooms. Staff is professional, yet friendly. Addressed concerns and took care of issues efficiently.

Being new to the area I was really nervous finding a new dentist, but I am so glad I found Optima Dental! Yari is AMAZING and so kind, she makes sure you are well informed of all prices and exactly what patient responsibility will come to with and wi... thout insurance. Lollie is the BEST dental hygienist I have ever worked with, she is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable during the entire process. Dr.Helios Houenou is very gentle and did a phenomenal job with making sure my fillings are quick and easy! I can't recommend this practice enough and I am so lucky I found them! Read more

The visit at the dentist was professional and pleasant. The receptionist was most helpful and answered questions efficiently. The atmosphere was pleasing.

I absolutely despise going to the dentist but this office truly has made every visit so painless and easy. I came here initially for an emergency visit and it couldn't have gone smoother! I felt no pain and everyone in the office was so friendly and ... welcoming ❤️ Yari gets a special shout out because she has been so informative and personable. Dr Helios Houenos staff were all wonderful. The Office Mgr, Yari scheduled me for the emergency appt. Lollie-Hygienist was exceptional. Daniela - Asst was very pleasant and attentive. This goes without saying, the Office is highly recommended.
