Rhonda is a native of Georgia, a true southern belle. Rhonda graduated in 2006 from Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
While in college she was awarded the Georgia Dental Education Foundation Scholarship and The Proctor and Gamble Award; Preventive Oral Health Award.
She enjoys learning about and educating all of her patients on the latest improvements and innovations in her field. The true relationships between her and her patients start as patients come in for their visit. Rhonda is an avid learner who completes many hours of continued education to support her mission of educating her patients. She is known for her keen interpersonal skills, gentle demeanor and excellent technical skills that allow her to best relate and educate her patients thereby provide exceptional dental care. Rhonda enjoys spending time with her best friend and husband, Al. Her personal interests include running, camping, horseback riding, and reading.
Laura has 7 years of experience in the management of dental offices. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with respect to scheduling and insurance concerns.
Her diligence and attention to details help assure that our patients receive the maximum benefit from their investment in their dental health. Her warm and friendly personality makes our patients feel right at home as a part of our dental family. When treatment plans require extensive details, Laura works diligently to devise the most suitable financial arrangements available. She is also very knowledgeable about the nature of many dental procedures and is adept at answering any questions and alleviating any concerns that may arise during the course of your treatment. Laura is a native of Colombia and currently resides in Hall County with her husband Orlando and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Chanell has been a team member at Optima Dental since February 2008. She is currently the lead Dental Assistant at our practice. She is the“second smile” to greet you and is the doctor’s clinical assistant.

Teana began her career as a Dental Assistant and later transitioned to the front office for administrative duties. She joined Optima Dental in 2014 as a Patient Coordinator and brings with her 15 years of dental experience.
Teana is knowledgeable in insurance and has a strong regard for patient care. She loves working in an excellent team atmosphere that is conducive to excellent patient care. She always looks forward to greeting you at Optima with a warm smile and is sure to make you feel welcome.
In her spare time, Teana enjoys spending time with her husband Pom and is a proud mother of 2 beautiful girls who are freshman at GSU and 5th grader at Pharr Elementary. She enjoys traveling and sitting sidelines at her daughter’s soccer games.
